Ngaija was founded by professional who saw the same problem from different angles: talented students blocked from international universities by paperwork. Businesses losing contracts because interpreters were unavailable. Diplomatic missions delayed by uncertified translations. We created Ngaija to eliminate those barriers, permanently.

Rhoda Angwi is a Cameroon-based entrepreneur, linguist, and philanthropist with a career spanning education, translation, and business leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Web Designing, and works professionally as an Arabic translator.
Rhoda is the founder of Ngaïja Ltd, a translation, interpretation, and international student recruitment firm with operations in Rwanda and Cameroon. Her career has taken her through diverse roles, from Administrative Assistant to Operations Officer to Managing Director, giving her a hands-on understanding of organizations at every level.
Alongside her business ventures, Rhoda is committed to philanthropy, channeling her success into giving back to her community. Fluent in both English and French, she moves seamlessly between Cameroon's linguistic communities in both her professional and personal life.
